Use the webhook endpoint request history
Each webhook endpoint includes a value for the total requests it has made and the total number of errors which have occurred. You can view this information in greater detail to gain insights into webhook endpoint requests or to troubleshoot errors.
To view the request history, click View on the webhook endpoint configuration page.
The Request History opens, displaying the current list of requests.
To view only the errors the webhook endpoint has received, click the Errors tab at the top of the page.
The list is filtered to show only the errors.
NOTE: Any response that is not characterized as Running, Provisioned, or Disabled is considered an error.
To view the details for a specific error, click the error of interest in the list.
The details for the error display in the Details pane at the bottom of the dialog. Viewing error details can help you troubleshoot issues with the webhook endpoint.
To update the list with information received since the list was opened, click Refresh requests.
To completely clear the request history for the current webhook endpoint, click Clear and confirm the deletion.
Important
Clicking Clear permanently deletes the request history for the selected webhook endpoint. After deleting the history, you will only see newer requests.
