Global webhook endpoint settings
The following settings apply to all webhook endpoints throughout an APEX AIOps Incident Management instance:

Request timeout | The maximum amount of time to wait for a response for a given request | 30 seconds |
Retry delay (after a request timeout) | The amount of time to wait after a request timeout before making the re-request | 1 second |
Request attempts | The maximum number of requests to attempt | 3 |
