Log in to the APEX AIOps Incident Management UI

Start using APEX AIOps Incident Management either by signing in at app.moogsoft.ai, or by having someone invite you to an existing namespace.

If you are joining an existing namespace, you will receive an invitation email from APEX AIOps when you are granted access. The email will include a link to log in as a new user. Your user role and permissions will be determined by the person who creates your user profile. See Manage APEX AIOps Incident Management users.

Incident Management uses auth0 and supports logins using:

  • Local authentication

  • Social identity providers:

    • Google

    • Microsoft

Incident Management supports the following SSO protocols:

  • OpenID Connect (OIDC)

  • OAuth

  • PingFederate

  • Azure
