Configure the UPDATE payload body for a webhook endpoint

This is also Step 4 in the procedure for creating Webhook endpoints triggered from an incident or an alert workflow.

The Payload Body for UPDATE Operation setting specifies the JSON request body that is sent with the UPDATE webhook endpoint. Note that you must configure a separate payload for each webhook endpoint when the external system does not process both CREATE and UPDATE requests using the same endpoint, or to use a different payload for CREATE and UPDATE actions.

Configuring the UPDATE payload follows the same process as configuring the CREATE payload.
