System configuration
While working through the Quick Start section of the APEX AIOps Incident Management documentation, you may have seen a good amount of success. In the system configuration section, we will dive deeper into each configuration option and learn how to optimize Incident Management for your specific use case.
This section describes the process of configuring Incident Management in detail. It begins with suggestions for how to plan your implementation, and then describes the features and settings which are available for each stage of your monitoring data's journey through Incident Management. These stages include ingesting, normalizing, and enriching data; generating alerts; grouping alerts into incidents; and sending notifications.
Not every user will need to use or configure all of Incident Management's features. It is likely that many of the default settings will work out of the box for your situation.
