Moogsoft Onprem v9.0

Key features
Release highlights include:
MOOG-17552 : Updates Moogsoft Onprem to support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) version 8 exclusively (v8.6 minimum specifically). The installation documentation has been updated accordingly.
Users who would like to upgrade to v9.x must follow the Upgrade to Moogsoft Onprem v9.x . This process involves deploying Moogsoft Onprem onto new RHEL8 servers, importing the existing configuration and database, and then upgrading the database schema.
MOOG-17522 : Updates Moogsoft Onprem to only support MySQL8.x. MySQL 5.7.x is no longer supported.
As such, the versions of Percona XtraDB Cluster and Percona XtraBackup, as deployed by the install_percona_nodes* scripts, are now both set at v8.0.29. Users who would like to upgrade to v9.x must follow the Migration document (Upgrade to Moogsoft Onprem v9.x) which involves applying a database schema script to the v8.x database before the upgrade to prepare it for the migration.
Moogsoft Add-ons improvements
Moogsoft Onprem v9.0 includes all Workflow Engine updates up to and including v2.5. See Moogsoft Add-ons for more information.

MOOG-17845 : Updates the versions of Percona XtraDB Cluster and Percona XtraBackup, as deployed by the install_percona_nodes* scripts. Both are now set at v8.0.29

Deprecation notices
Red Hat Enterprise Linux v7.x and MySQL Percona v5.7.x are no longer supported for Moogsoft Onprem v9.0.0 onward.
