Moogsoft Onprem supports bidirectional integration with the following Atlassian products. Follow the links below for more information about configuring the integrations and their bidirectional functionality:

  • JIRA Software: If you are using JIRA, you can set up an integration to synchronise your Situations with JIRA tickets.

  • JIRA Service Desk: If you are using JIRA Service Desk, you can set up an integration to synchronise your Moogsoft Onprem Situations with JIRA Service Desk tickets.

  • Opsgenie: This integration enables bidirectional communication between Moogsoft Onprem and Opsgenie.
