A Workflow Engine function that notifies Webex when a situation or alert is assigned.
This function is available as a feature of the Add-ons v2.4 download and later.
This function is available for alert and Situation workflows.

Arguments
Workflow Engine function sendAssignedToWebexIncident has no arguments.
Example
This action is used in conjunction with the Webex integration to forward assignment to Webex as a "reply” to the Webex incident message.
The Webex integration will add a new workflow “Assign Webex Incident” to the “Situation Integration” and “Alert Integration” Workflow Engines containing this action.
