hasResolvingStep
A Workflow Engine function that returns true if the Situation has at least one thread entry marked as a Resolving Step. If there are no Resolving Steps, the function returns false.
This function is available as a feature of the Add-ons v2.6 download and later.
This function is available for Situation workflows only.
