Configure incident webhook triggers

This is Step 2 in the procedure for creating a incident webhook triggered from an incident workflow.

Select the field changes that trigger the incident webhook and cause it to send data to an external system:

  • Assignee changed

  • Assignee groups changed

  • Classes changed

  • Comments updated

  • Description changed

  • Priority changed

  • Services changed

  • Severity increased

  • Status changed

  • Tags changed

  • Total alerts changed

  • Type changed
