Troubleshoot Required Services for a Functional Production System
These services support the following commands:
service <service-name> status service <service-name> stop service <service-name> start service <service-name> restart
Service name | Description |

| Web server that contains the servlets that provide the Moogsoft Enterprise user interface. |
| Web server that handles security, such as Moogsoft Enterprise login, PHP and HTTP/SSL implementation. |
| Link Access Modules used for data ingestion. These LAM names are provided as examples; the specific set of service names might differ in your system. At least one instance of a LAM is required for data feed. |
| Core Moogsoft Enterprise system application. |
| Database containing Moogsoft Enterprise data (database schemas etc.) |
| Message system for Moogsoft Enterprise. |
| Elasticsearch service for UI search feature (v8.1.x and older) |
| Opensearch service for UI search feature (v8.2.x onwards) |
