This topic describes how you can analyze your incidents and related data, and how you can synchronize with external systems such as PagerDuty.
Analyzing your incidents, alerts, and metrics
The Incidents window in the Moogsoft Cloud UI shows all your open incidents in one interactive table. To drill down into an incident, simply click on it. You can then view details about the incident and drill down into its member alerts and metrics.
Outbound notifications
You can enable bidirectional communication between Moogsoft Cloud and PagerDuty. After you set up this integration, the two systems notify each other when incidents and alerts get created or updated.
Moogsoft Cloud also includes an outbound webhook that you can use to publish alerts and incidents to external systems. You can send notifications to Datadog, Slack, ServiceNow, and other apps.
