Moogsoft AIOps for Mobile enables ITOps and DevOps teams to resolve potential incidents at any time and from anywhere using their cellphones. 

This application will allow users to send and receive SMS notifications when they assign Situations to colleagues or invite them to Situation Rooms.

System Requirements

The mobile version of AIOps is supported by the following mobile platforms and browsers:

Getting Started

Administrators can select which users can access and use the mobile version of the product. To do this go to System Settings  > Security > Roles and moved the 'mobile' permission to the required Roles.

If you are on your phone, refresh the page to view the mobile version of AIOps. This will have the same URL as your AIOps installation.

Using AIOps for Mobile

The differences between the mobile version and the standard desktop version of AIOps are outlined in the sections below:

Summary Screens

The Dashboard is divided into two summary screens in mobile, with separate Team Summary and Service Summary screens:

You can switch between the two by tapping the Team Summary and Service Summary buttons at the top of the screen.

Swipe up and down on the Service Summary screen to view Services further down on the list.

Tap any service to view the Situations which are impacting it. The screenshot below shows a single Service view:

Navigation Menu

Swipe right from either of these screens to open the navigation menu. This can also be opened by tapping the  menu button in the top left corner:

The navigation menu has links to the Summary home screen, Settings, My Situations, Open Situations and your Team Rooms.

You can access Notifications by tapping the  icon.


The Notifications is much the same as the tab in the desktop version but you cannot edit the settings. 

Tap notifications to open Situation Rooms

Tap the to mark as read or unread

To configure your notifications and determine what actions you receive notifications about then go to mobile Settings.

Alternatively go to the desktop version, click Notifications and click  to open Notification Settings in the desktop version.


The Settings in the mobile version allow you to add "Further Steps" to the Situation details view, configure notifications or select whether to use system defaults.

Touch any of the toggle switches to enable or disable the settings. The toggle switch will be blue for any setting that is enabled and gray for any setting that is disabled.

Situation Screens

The Situations screens behave in the same way as the desktop version of Moogsoft AIOps, displaying all open Situations and all assigned Situations:

Tap a Situation number to open the Situation Room, this is very similar to the desktop version.

Please note: If there are more Situations than fit on the screen, you can scroll up and down to view the full list.

The status of each Situation is indicated by the block indicators to the right of the Situation number:








Situation Room

The Situation Room screen is split into three tabs: Details, Collaborate and Alerts

The Details tab lists Next Steps, the current status of the Situation, any Services that are impacted, the total number of Alerts within the Situation and any Users who are in the Situation Room. 

Swipe up and down to scroll through through the tabs.

You can message other users using the Collaborate tab. Click Write a comment... and type to write a message.

Please note: ChatOps commands are not currently supported in the mobile version of Moogsoft AIOps

Alerts associated with the Situation will appear in the Alerts tab.

Each Alert will be listed along with the time it was created, the host nam and a description.

Team Room

The Team Room screen is divided into three tabs: Collaborate (which displays by default), Situations, and Users.


The Collaborate tab displays the all of the latest activity by Users who belong to the Team.

The Situations tab displays all Situations which are impacting Services being monitored by the Team.

The Users tab displays all Users who are members of the Team. In the example below, this will display all members of the Cloud DevOps Team.
